September 25, 2020 -- West Sussex, UK – Vivid Audio has introduced the revolutionary Vivid Audio Kaya S12. Although the internal volume of this loudspeaker only measures 12 litres and puts less than 7kg on the scale, it is filled to the brim with Vivid’s patented technologies. The Kaya S12 shares its coveted drivers with its larger siblings, employs Vivid’s exponential tapered tube on the D26 tweeter and as a world first offering, uses the company’s patented Omni-Absorber cabinet.

The Omni-Absorber annihilates the common distortion all other two-way monitor designs suffer from. Vivid claims that it took the company years to develop. To quote Vivid’s chief designer and co-founder Laurence Dickie, "If we would not have solved/cracked this problem, what would be the point of offering it?"

KAYA S12 delivers a fine-detailed, transparent sound like any Vivid Audio loudspeaker, with a he small footprint for a two-channel standmount speaker from the brand, making it the perfect studio monitor or a sophisticated loudspeaker for use in a multi-channel system.

Production of the Kaya S12 has started in Vivid’s UK factory. Price from £5,995 per pair
