full address you want the magazine delivered to (and credit card billing address if different)
credit card type (we only accept switch, solo, mastercard, or visa at the moment)
credit card number
credit card expiry date
switch card issue number (if using switch OR SOLO)
the subscription period desired (one or two years)

If at all possible we answer all questions but it is not always possible to answer specific queries regarding your particular system and set up.
